How it's built
We use the Jira and Tempo REST APIs, the Azure DevOps REST API and 7pace Timetracker's API, with webhooks where they're available. Mapping projects, epics and work item types to finance codes is usually the hardest part, so we agree it up front and keep it configurable as your teams change.
Every integration comes with monitoring, alerting and documentation, so your team can see it working and keep it running after handover.
