Workday offers SOAP-based Web Services, REST APIs, Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS) and the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). We recommend the lightest approach that's reliable, often a custom report exposed through RaaS, with a least-privilege integration system user and careful handling of personal data.
