Sage Intacct integration
Sage Intacct is often the financial core of a growing business, but it only gives you real-time numbers when the systems around it feed it accurate data. We design and build integrations that move invoices, journals, employees and project costs into Sage Intacct automatically, with validation, error handling and monitoring built in.
At a glance
- Web Services and REST APIs
- Dimension and chart-of-accounts mapping
- Duplicate-safe posting of invoices and journals
- Retries, alerts and reconciliation reports
Backed by over 20 years of hands-on integration experience.
What we connect
CRM to invoicing
Turn closed deals in Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics into customers, contracts and invoices in Sage Intacct, without re-keying.
HR and payroll
Keep employees, departments and cost centres in step with Workday or your HR system, and post payroll journals with the right dimensions.
Time and projects
Bring approved hours from Jira, Azure DevOps, Tempo or 7pace into Sage Intacct projects for costing and time-and-materials billing.
Reporting and BI
Extract GL, AR and AP data on a schedule for your reporting tools, with incremental loads instead of manual exports.
Problems we solve
- Invoices and journals re-keyed from other systems
- CSV imports that break whenever a column changes
- Departments, locations and projects out of step between systems
- Month-end delayed while data is chased and checked
- Nobody notices when a sync quietly fails
How it's built
Sage Intacct offers a long-established XML Web Services API, a newer REST API, Smart Events for reacting to changes, and a Marketplace of ready-made connectors. We help you choose the right option for each flow: a Marketplace app where one fits, a custom API integration where it doesn't. Either way, dimension mapping, duplicate protection and alerting are designed in from the start.
Every integration comes with monitoring, alerting and documentation, so your team can see it working and keep it running after handover.
It can run in your own environment at no extra cost, or be hosted by us in a UK, EU or USA data centre of your choice, priced by data volume from £60 a month.
Questions
If a Marketplace app covers your process well, it's usually the quickest and cheapest route, and we'll tell you so. A custom integration makes sense when your process, data model or volumes don't fit an off-the-shelf connector.
Custom API integrations need Web Services access on your Sage Intacct subscription. We'll check what you already have during the assessment and help you request anything that's missing.
Yes. We often start by stabilising what's there: adding monitoring, fixing mapping issues and documenting how it works, before adding anything new.
